STEP 5: Catering/Delivery Advice

When starting a new order, the first thing you should do is
Choose Catering Advice items. Catering Advice items include: napkins, utensils, plates, cups, condiments, and ice. Most Catering Advice items are free, however be aware that some restaurants charge for these items.

If you would like to alter the default Catering Advice items, make note of these changes in the Comments for Restaurant box. EX: "Please provide extra napkins".

Indicate the number of people attending the event in the Quantity Box. If you are expecting a range of people (such as 30-35), use the high end of the range as the quantity.

Finally, Click the Add to Order button. You have now added Catering Advice items to your order.

After you have finished selecting Catering Advice items, Select a Delivery Advice Option. Almost all TTO restaurants deliver, however some do not. If a restaurant does not offer any Delivery Advice Options, THEY DO NOT DELIVER. When selecting a Delivery Advice Option, make sure that the option fits your order. If a restaurant has a minimum of $100 for delivery, your order must be atleast $100. The restaurant has the right to refuse any order that does not meet their specifications. If you attempt to place an order that does not meet the restaurant specifications, a TTO representative will notify you shortly after you have placed the order and will assist you in finding another restaurant.

If you would like to add any special delivery instructions, enter them in the Comment for Restaurant box. EX: "The office is next to Betsy's Hair Salon", "Please use the parking lot entrance", etc.

The Quantity Box has already been set to "1". DO NOT CHANGE THE "1" IN THE QUANTITY BOX.

Finally, Click the Add to Order button. You have now indicated to the restaurant that you want the order delivered.
